Financial Center First Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Banker in Indianapolis, IN to cultivate member relationships, process loan requests, open and maintain accounts, and cross-sell Credit Union products while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes high-volume, in-office interaction with a focus on care, listen, learn, solve, and act values, and requires strong sales and service skills as well as basic financial literacy guidance.

Qualifications

• Two years successful sales and service experience at a financial institution or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Grow and deepen member relationships through outbound/inbound calls, appointments, and branch traffic.
• Process consumer loan requests and provide loan product information.
• Explain savings plans and personal budgeting principles to members.
• Process new account requests and input all necessary documents.
• Educate members on electronic and automated service options.
• Adhere to policies including check cashing and identification/security.
• Participate in community events supported by the Credit Union.
• Perform other special projects as requested by supervisor.
