Qualifications

• Experience in a professional office setting involving sales, customer service and extensive face-to-face public contact - required.
• College degree or equivalent combination of college and work experience - highly preferred.
• Experience in a Financial Institution - highly preferred.
• Must be registered, or ability to obtain registration with the Nationwide Mortgage License System

Responsibilities

• Provide transactions for members with regard to all share and loan products by consulting with members and providing solutions to match their needs.
• Advise and assist members to help achieve financial well-being while ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
• Act as an advocate for the credit union and our members while delivering high-quality service.
