Valley First Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to expand member relationships through consultative selling and proactive service. You will educate members on available Credit Union products and guide them through loan and account processes, while maintaining strong relationships and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include completing Relationship Builders, updating daily Synapsys, and generating monthly sales reports.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of customer service experience in financial services or sales.
• Troubleshooting issues with digital technologies including websites.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Ability to analyze and make sound decisions.
• Professional, dependable, and flexible.

• Expand member relationships using consultative behaviors to identify and meet member needs.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services and educate members about Valley First Credit Union offerings.
• Complete Relationship Builders and 2×2×2 follow-up for loans and new accounts; prepare and maintain sales reports.
