Kinecta is seeking a client-focused teller with sales aptitude to support member interactions in Rochester, NY. Your role includes completing standard teller transactions and guiding members through product and service options with courteous, accurate service.

You will contribute to Select Employer Groups development and business expansion by promoting Kinecta products and building relationships, while achieving sales and service goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales and service experience.
• Successful completion of Kinecta Internal certification programs (Level I and II).
• One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.

• Perform standard teller transactions accurately.
• Provide information on all products and services to members in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
