Job summary

Canyon View Credit Union in Utah is seeking a Financial Service Representative (Banker/Teller) to deliver exceptional member service, process transactions, and educate members on loans and CU resources. You will build trusted relationships and contribute to our mission of elevating members' financial experiences.

Responsibilities include handling deposits and cash transactions, cross-selling products, greeting members, and maintaining accuracy per policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months experience in building customer relationships and sales preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with our members through excellent service to ensure their financial needs are met.
• Receive and accurately process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, wire transfers, and other transactions.
• Offer solutions for members' financial needs by cross-selling products and services.
• Makes outbound calls to known members for onboarding, relationship building, and sales.
• Develop and maintain new and existing member relationships, and ensure elevated member service.
