You will help members choose the best financial solutions and build lasting relationships while upholding our mission to elevate members' financial experience through best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling, customer service and/or sales experience.
• Self-driven with effective communication skills.
• 6+ months experience in building customer relationships and offering sales.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members through excellent service and identify financial needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires, and other transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member goals.
• Make outbound calls for onboarding and relationship building.
• Maintain high level of member service and timely task completion.
