Qualifications

• Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills to identify member needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and identify financial solutions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires, and other transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain knowledge of CU products and services to advise members.
• Meet sales and service goals and contribute to branch success.
