Canyon-View-Credit-Union in West Bountiful, Utah, seeks a Financial Service Representative (Banker/Teller) to deliver exceptional member service by identifying needs, processing transactions, educating on loans, and resolving problems. You will help elevate members' financial experience through our mission.

You will build trusted relationships, cross-sell products, meet sales goals, and support day-to-day branch operations while upholding bank regulations and privacy policies.

Formación

• High School diploma, GED, or other equivalent.
• 6+ months of building customer relationships and offering sales to benefit the customer.
• Previous cash handling, customer service and/or sales experience.
• Proficient with standard office machinery and software; Word/Excel/Outlook knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with members through excellent service to address financial needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, wire transfers, and other transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member goals.
• Make outbound calls for onboarding, relationship building, and sales.
