Qualifications

• Cash handling or sales experience.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Previous Bank Teller experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent member experience through teller-based transactions.
• Maintain accurate transactional records and follow policies.
• Engage members to identify needs and offer products and services.
• Collaborate with branch team to ensure superior member experience.
• Support branch goals and cross-sell when appropriate.
