Job summary

American 1 Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a Personal Banker/Member Service Specialist to deliver excellent member experiences through everyday banking, lending, and account services. On-site at the Robinson Rd Branch in Jackson, you will review accounts, open new memberships, and help members achieve financial wellness.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to GREAT service standards. Benefits begin day one, and background screens are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of high school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service and sales experience.
• Credit union or banking experience preferred but not required.
