Responsibilities

  • Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, transfers, and other transactions.
  • Follow cash handling policies and verify endorsements and identification to prevent fraud.
  • Balance cash drawer and assist with branch balancing at day end.
  • Greet members, answer questions, and direct them to the right department.
  • Promote credit union products and services to benefit members.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations including BSA/ Patriot Act and OFAC.
