UFCU is seeking a Full Time Teller to serve as the primary contact for member transactions and requests. Tellers build long-term relationships by understanding member needs, answering questions, and resolving issues, while maintaining branch standards.

Responsibilities include greeting members, processing transactions, maintaining accounts, and assisting with online banking. A strong customer service focus and team collaboration are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of Teller or cash handling experience.
• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance-related field may substitute for experience requirements.
• Minimum of six (6) months working in a team environment.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and maintain branch appearance.
• Explain basic products and services and identify member needs.
• Process transactions, including deposits and checks, and manage cash handling.
• Assist with online and mobile banking and account maintenance.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
