Job summary

Walmart Grand Forks is seeking a Front End Supervisor to support associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, coaching, and providing direction on member service approaches. You will handle staffing, scheduling, and training while promoting the value of Walmart products and services to members.

You will oversee checkout operations, merchandise organization, and member pickups, ensuring adherence to company policies and Open Door Policy.

Qualifications

6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
Demonstrates ability to communicate goals and provide feedback to associates.
Ability to train and supervise associates and handle member service situations.

Responsibilities

Supervise associates in assigned area and assign duties.
Communicate goals, provide feedback, and coach associates.
Ensure member service issues are resolved per company guidelines and Open Door Policy.
Assist in recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff; support sales events and marketing efforts.
