Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, communicate goals and feedback, and train on processes.
• Provide member service by assisting customers, processing memberships and transactions, and answering questions.
• Handle claims and returns, maintain area organization, and ensure store cleanliness and policy compliance.
