Walmart is seeking an individual to assist management with supervising associates in the assigned area, assigning duties, training, and ensuring adherence to policies while supporting the Open Door Policy. In this role you will participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating staff to maintain excellent store operations.

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and providing feedback.
• Communicate membership information and process memberships and upgrades.
• Assist members with purchases, self-checkout, and pickup orders as needed.
• Handle returns and store operations to maintain order and cleanliness.
• Prepare deposits and assist cash handling per policy.
