Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred qualifications include leading a front-end team and supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates, assigning duties and providing feedback
• Support member service by addressing needs and processing memberships and purchases
• Oversee area operations including merchandising, checkout, and returns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy
• Participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff
