Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a front-end supervisor to assist management in directing associates and delivering exceptional member service at the South Point, OH location. You will assign duties, train staff, process memberships, and support checkout operations to resolve member needs in line with company policies.

The role includes monitoring cash handling, preparing deposits, and helping maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming club environment for customers and members.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing guidance
• Provide information on membership types, programs and benefits to members and process memberships
• Handle member transactions at registers and assist at self-checkout while maintaining service standards
• Oversee front-end operations, ensure cash handling accuracy and maintain store appearance and safety standards
