Walmart in Oklahoma City is seeking a front-end associate supervisor to assist management in guiding associates, communicating goals, training, and delivering member service per company guidelines.

You will handle memberships, transactions, merchandising, and ensure a safe, clean store while upholding Open Door Policy and ethics. This role includes participating in recruiting, scheduling and coaching to meet service and sales goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and providing direction.
• Communicates goals and feedback to associates and trains on processes and procedures.
• Provides guidance on member service approaches to resolve complaints per company guidelines.
