Job summary

Qualifications

• Leading a front-end team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction and feedback
• Provides member service and assists members with purchases, memberships, and self-service technology
• Oversees area operations including merchandising, cash handling, and checkout processes
• Participates in recruiting, scheduling, and coaching of associates
• Promotes and supports membership growth and engages in sales/marketing events
