Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, and provide direction.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and checkout, including self-checkout where available.
• Handle claims/returns, merchandise zoning, and maintain cart and store cleanliness.
• Support scheduling, coaching, recruiting, and evaluating associates to meet goals.
