Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Gardena, CA is hiring for a Front-End Supervisor. You will supervise associates, assign duties, and provide direction while supporting member service and membership programs. You will assist members at checkout, help with purchases, and promote benefits across the club.

You will participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff, while maintaining store policies and safety. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Leading a front-end team and supervising experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, communicate goals and feedback.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and self-service technology, and resolve issues.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; promote program benefits and renewals.
• Oversee merchandising, checkout, and curbside pickup; ensure cleanliness and order.
• Handle claims and returns, and maintain documentation and financial integrity.
