Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training on processes and procedures.
• Support member services by processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and promoting Sams Club products.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and guide them on self-service technology and checkout areas.
• Oversee area operations, handle claims and returns, organize merchandise, and maintain cleanliness and availability of carts.
• Maintain accounting records, process deposits, and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to implement processes meeting business needs and address improvement opportunities.
• Promote compliance with policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy, and support coaching and development of associates.
