Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative to provide account-related services to members worldwide. The CCR handles inbound contact via phone, chat, email and video, delivering courteous service and solutions to member inquiries and transactions.

Hours are full-time, Monday–Friday, with a rotating weekend schedule. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with benefits including health and dental coverage from day one, a 401(k) plan and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
• Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
• Customer service, retail or call center experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with telephone, chat and email correspondence fostering a one call resolution environment.
• Answer general inquiry questions about members accounts.
• Quickly identify client needs and match it to a product or service.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Service Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative (CCR) who will provide account-related services to members located throughout the world. The CCR handles all inbound contact with clients, received via phone, chat, e-mail and video channels, related to Member Service inquiries and transactions.

Pay: Starting at $22.00per hour. Flexible based on experience.

Hours : Full Time, Monday - Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm rotating every 3rd weekend.
