Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Frontline Associate at our Nicholasville, KY location to provide member service, operate the checkout area, and support self-checkout technology for a positive shopping experience.

You will handle purchases, returns, exchanges, and observe safety practices while assisting members with product choices and locating items. Training and team collaboration are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment and cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications and supporting customers.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to resolve member issues.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and supports self-service technology guidance.
• Processes member purchases and handles returns/refunds per policy.
• Ensures safety standards and conducts safety sweeps in the store.
• Trains Frontline Services associates on processes and procedures.
