Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Ability to assist customers with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges according to policies.
• Familiarity with self-service technology and mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintains checkout area, verifies membership cards, and supports self-service technology.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and maintains a safe shopping environment.
• Assists with training fellow associates on processes and procedures.
