Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group seeks a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across branch locations. You will engage in product sales, learn AAA offerings, and maintain high customer-service standards while meeting individual sales targets.

The role rotates between branches, requires strong listening and adaptability, and involves working onsite at AAA Petaluma 5 days a week, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.

Responsibilities

• Performs customer interactions with AAA products and services and meets sales targets.
• Promotes AAA products and services to Members to achieve individual/branch goals.
• Understands Member needs, recommends relevant solutions, and adapts to different branch environments.
