Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Redwood City is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and drive product sales across multiple branches. This full-time, onsite role requires flexibility to work across locations, including Saturdays, with a strong sales orientation.

You will learn and apply extensive AAA products and systems, ensuring a high-touch customer experience while meeting individual sales goals and contributing to branch success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2–4 years of work experience; sales experience required.
• Background in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued; drive for results.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability; willingness to travel and cover shifts across locations.
• Ability to learn multiple product lines, services, and systems to provide seamless service.
• Must demonstrate fiduciary accountability and compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer interactions including Member Services and product sales while adhering to SOPs and compliance.
• Meet individual sales goals using consultative selling techniques and branch collaboration.
• Promote AAA products and services to achieve branch and individual targets.
• Understand member needs and tailor solutions to different branch environments.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and cross-functional capabilities across locations.
