Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in membership growth, acquisition, add-ons, and program conversions.
• Experience in fitness onboarding or advanced membership transactions beneficial.
• Demonstrated proficiency with CRM and POS systems to support member engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced membership services and consultations to enhance member engagement.
• Handle complex membership transactions and program sales with accuracy.
• Deliver high-quality service across front desk, membership, and fitness floor duties.
• Serve as a resource for the team on membership policies and procedures.
• Lead as Manager-on-Duty as scheduled to ensure smooth operations.
