Snap Fitness - Martinez Group is seeking a friendly Member Experience Specialist to join our team part-time. The role covers weekday afternoon/evening shifts and weekends, with a focus on sales, service excellence, and member engagement.

You will help members choose memberships, guide them to results, and contribute to a positive, energetic gym environment. Training and growth opportunities are available in a locally owned business.

Qualifications

• Able to work afternoon/evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life.
• Desire for mutual commitment with a great team.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Membership & Personal Training Sales - Responsible for achieving sales goals established by leadership team.
• Service Excellence - Provide members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results.
• Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
• Marketing Outreach - Ensure that each person who contacts us for membership information feels valued and well served.
• Facility Excellence - Keep our facility and equipment clean and well organized per company standards
