Job summary

Planet Fitness franchise partner National Fitness Partners in Mooresville, NC seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative. You will answer phones, greet members, enroll new members, and log amenities at the club.

Role includes shift-differential pay for selected shifts, PTO, EAP, and a free Black Card membership. Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year, based on tenure.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
