Crunch Fitness in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure top-notch service for members, guests, and prospective members. This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position.

The CSR will greet and check in members, inform prospects about memberships and promotions, handle calls, process account updates, and support front desk operations with POS transactions and stocking duties.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts.
• Compliance with the uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
