Responsibilities

• Greet members and refer to them by name.
• Post and process member financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments.
• Sell cashier checks and transfers as directed.
• Assist with member service requests: address changes, debit card issuance, opening deposits.
• Educate members to use self-service options like Mobile Banking and ATMs.
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with policies and security regulations.
