Job summary

Wescom Financial is seeking a member service-oriented professional to provide consultative assistance to members, process transactions, and refer clients to Wescom products and services. You will handle home equity referrals and loan processes while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance across channels.

Primary responsibilities include educating members on banking products, supporting omni-channel experiences, and ensuring excellent service alongside teamwork with branch

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.
• NMLS registration is required and must be maintained; Notary Public licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services.
• Process transactions for members and serve as initial contact between the credit union and members.
• Refer members to Wescom products and services and assist with loan applications and related services.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and promote omni-channel banking options.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in daily transactions and member records.
