Job summary

Wescom Central Credit Union in Culver City is seeking a skilled Member Service Representative to assist members with accounts, loans and services, and to provide accurate information and referrals. You will engage new and existing members to deepen relationships and guide them through home equity and mortgage referrals as appropriate.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals and transfers, maintain audit and security standards, and collaborate with branch partners to deliver an exceptional member

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in financial services or customer service preferred.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative member services for accounts, loans and products.
• Assist with memberships, applications and data entry in compliance with audits.
• Refer members to Wescom products and services to deepen relationships.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions.
• Support platform and teller activities and maintain security standards.
