• 50% Provides unsurpassed member/potential member service experiences by phone, email, or other channels using the Service Promises.
• 25% Handles member requests via phone, email or electronic channels, performs online banking tasks and other services; takes ownership within authority.
• 20% Maintains knowledge of products/services and identifies cross-sell opportunities; participates in promotions.
• 5% Assists other departments and performs other duties as assigned.
