Job summary

Rogue Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Associate to greet and assist members with active listening and accurate information. You will handle transfers, loan payments, and various member requests across channels, while promoting Rogue's services.

Strong knowledge of online banking and product offerings is required. This full-time role includes Saturdays, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: one month to twelve months in a related role.
• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• Interpersonal skills: clear communication and courteous service.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work at a computer.
• Work environment: includes Saturdays and possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members via telephone, email, or remote channels.
• Process transfers, loan payments, stop payments, card orders/replacements, and other requests within authority.
• Assist with online banking, bill pay, ATM/Visa/Debit, loan processing, and general maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products/services; identify cross-sell and referral opportunities.
• Support other departments as needed and complete assigned tasks.
