Job summary

CUTX is seeking a Member Service Specialist I to deliver high-quality service in a busy contact center in Allen, TX. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, assist with digital banking access, and process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities include resolving issues at first contact, guiding customers through mobile and online banking, and maintaining knowledge of CUTX products, policies, and procedures. Training in AI-enabled tools is provided and expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM/telephony systems and knowledge base is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound member calls and inquiries about CUTX products and services.
• Assist with balance inquiries, transaction history, and product questions.
• Resolve issues at first contact when possible; escalate complex cases to Lead or Supervisor.
