Job summary

National Fitness Partners (NFP) is hiring for both full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives in Shelby, NC. Starting hourly rates are $12 for full-time and $11 for part-time, with raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months on anniversary dates.

Shifts include Sundays and weekdays as listed. You will greet members, answer phones, sign up new members, process purchases, promote fitness classes, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club.

Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones using a script and greet members professionally.
• Sign up new members, log amenities, and respond to questions promptly.
• Promote fitness instruction classes and maintain a clean club environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
