You will deposit/withdraw/transfer funds, answer questions, promote credit union products, maintain a tidy workspace, and follow security and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with credit union policies.

Responsibilities

• Process member deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Assist members with account inquiries, balance information, and maintenance.
• Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
• Adhere to security and compliance procedures to protect members' financial assets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive work environment.
