Job summary

Soo Co-op Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative to greet members, handle transactions, and help them reach their financial goals with friendly, dependable service. You will deposit/withdraw/transfer funds, answer questions, promote credit union products, maintain a tidy workspace, and follow security and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Process member deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Assist members with account inquiries, balance information, and maintenance.

As a Full-Time Member Service Representative, you will be the face of Soo Co-op Credit Union, responsible for providing exceptional service to our members. You’ll work closely with our members to help them perform transactions, update and maintain accounts, and recommend solutions to their financial needs.
