Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking an enthusiastic associate to deliver outstanding member service at the front end in Wausau, WI. You will handle checkout transactions, assist members with purchases, and guide them on using self-service options while maintaining a safe, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include resolving member concerns, promoting Club products, processing returns and exchanges, and supporting safety and security practices.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications is a plus.
