Job summary

Walmart in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a front-end associate to provide member service at the Sam’s Club checkout area, process purchases, and help with payments, returns, and exchanges according to policy.

You will assist members with purchases, verify memberships, promote products, and support with self-service technology while maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment and following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include retail experience and ability to operate front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service at the checkout area and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Maintain the checkout area, process member purchases, and verify membership cards.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services and assist members with choosing items and using self‑service technology.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness in the checkout and surrounding areas; report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with training of Frontline Services associates on processes and procedures.
