Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service at the front end and resolve member issues.
• Maintain the checkout area and process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Greet members, verify membership cards, and assist with product selection and questions.
• Handle security, safety, and loss prevention in accordance with policy.
• Assist with training other Frontline Services associates and roll out new programs.
