Job summary

Planet Fitness-United Fitness Partners in Washington, PA seeks a Member Services Representative to welcome members, keep the club clean, and promote the PF Black Card amenities. You will check in members, enroll new ones, and help run tours and orientation, with a schedule that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for helping others.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• On-time dependability because you know people are counting on you.

Responsibilities

• Keep the club clean as members value, contributing to its status.
• Attract new and current members to join fitness classes with the trainer.
• Introduce members to PF Black Card amenities.
• Assist at the welcome desk with member check-in, tours, enrollment and other duties.
• Lead with enthusiasm and help create a fun, friendly atmosphere.
• Schedule may include weekends and holidays.
