Planet Fitness in Summit, New Jersey is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests.

You will greet members, handle front desk activities, update accounts, respond to questions, and escalate to management as needed, while helping keep the club clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities.
• Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
