Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to foster a fun gym environment while delivering exceptional member service. You will greet members, support membership and retail sales, and promote club privileges such as tanning and group fitness.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a service role, strong communication skills, and CPR/AED certification (can obtain within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Ability to read and write effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests to boost engagement and retention.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Check in all members per procedures, resolving any member check-in with an alert.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Maintain a professional and courteous disposition.
• Is an expert in all club facility, services, programs and hours of operation.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and front desk navigation.
