Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a Member Services Representative to help build a fiercely fun fitness environment while delivering excellent service to our member base. You will greet members, assist with memberships, retail and tanning product sales, and promote program benefits.

You will check in members and guests, answer phones courteously, relay events, and stay knowledgeable about club facilities, schedules, and hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong reading/writing and communication skills.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests to boost engagement and retention.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Deliver on new member enrollment expectations.
• Check in all members and guests following procedures and resolve check-in issues.
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicate events to members and guests and forward requests to management.
• Maintain professional and courteous disposition and stay knowledgeable about facilities and hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and navigate all front desk stations.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
