Job summary

Planet Fitness in Howell Township, NJ, seeks a Front Desk Associate to deliver a welcoming Judgement Free Zone experience. You will greet members, handle sign-ups, answer phones, process memberships, and keep the club clean and safe while upholding policies.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication. Training is provided; 18+ years old; CPR/AED certification possible; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and free Black Card

Qualifications

6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions at check-in.
Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager when needed.
Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
Process memberships, update contact/billing information, cancellations, unpaid balances, and transfers.
