The YMCA of Metropolitan Washington seeks a part-time Membership Service Representative in Reston, VA. This role handles front desk duties, membership sales and renewals, and program registrations, delivering outstanding service to members and guests.

The MSR reports to the Membership Director and works Friday 2-6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm, with benefits including YMCA membership for employee and family, retirement and health benefits, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry and learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, conduct tours, and process memberships.
• Handle member renewals, cancellations, and program registrations.
• Provide information by phone and in person; enforce access policies.
• Maintain organized front desk and accurate data entry.
