Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a friendly and efficient member experience at the front desk. You will greet guests, answer calls, assist with tours, and guide members through sign-ups and account updates.

Reporting to the Club Manager, this role supports member services, check-ins, cancellations, and amenity usage while helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
